WHO WE ARE
Aitsa was born from operations.
We spent years inside operations, close enough to the work to see where businesses really lose time: repeated admin, poor hand-offs, unclear ownership, and systems that do not quite match the way the team works.
Manufacturing is our comfort zone, but the pattern shows up across South African businesses. People carry processes in their heads, retype the same information, and spend judgement on work that should have been simplified, automated, or properly controlled long ago.
Aitsa exists to unstick that.

Every workflow we design starts with the minimum data needed, the person accountable for it, the review points required, and the evidence trail a manager would need if something goes wrong.
When third-party systems or AI providers are involved, we keep the risk visible: access, data processing, retention, fallback, user permissions, and the limits of what automation should be allowed to decide.
