Corporate AI roadmaps · South Africa

Give AI a clear place in your business.

Turn business priorities and real workflow needs into a practical AI roadmap. Identify where AI may help, what needs to be ready and which opportunities deserve a first step.

An action plan your organisation can use.

This is a paid standalone engagement for a senior sponsor and a defined organisational boundary. It connects AI strategy decisions to a practical sequence of opportunities, owners and decision gates.

Use the roadmap internally, with Aitsa or with another provider. Any implementation is a separate choice and is not required for the roadmap to be useful.

From the starting point to the next decision.

  • Understand readiness

Agree objectives and the decision horizon. Review selected workflows, experiments, approved tools, data and constraints through the agreed inputs.

  • Prioritise opportunities

Build an opportunity register and compare business value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, human oversight and adoption effort.

  • Define candidate pilots

Identify owners, users, a baseline or value hypothesis, boundaries, dependencies and success or stop measures for the pilots in scope.

  • Sequence the work

Set out a phased roadmap with owners, capability needs and decision gates, supported by a concise leadership decision brief.

Make the scope and the decision record clear.

The proposal fixes the business units or sites, participants, interviews, workshops, depth of assessment, written outputs, validation or revisions, travel, turnaround, fee and payment terms.

Completion is checked against the agreed readiness view, opportunity register, candidate pilot definitions and phased roadmap. The sponsor reviews the decision brief and the agreed validation round is completed.

Implementation, procurement, enterprise architecture, detailed data cleanup and formal policy or legal drafting are separate scope items. A roadmap does not guarantee business returns or regulatory assurance.

Good questions

before we begin.

Ask your own question
What does an AI roadmap contain?

The agreed scope can include a readiness view, prioritised opportunity register, candidate pilot definitions and a phased plan with owners, dependencies and decision gates. The proposal fixes the depth, written outputs and validation needed for your organisational boundary.

Do we have to use Aitsa for implementation?

No. The roadmap is a paid standalone service. You can execute it internally or with another provider. Aitsa implementation is optional and would need its own scope and quote.

How long does a roadmap take?

Your proposal sets the turnaround and planning horizon around the organisational boundary, inputs, interviews, assessment depth and validation required.

Does leadership training already include this work?

Not automatically. Leadership training develops understanding and records agreed next actions. A corporate roadmap adds a scoped diagnostic, prioritisation and written action plan. The services may be bought separately or combined under an explicit proposal.
