Services in Gauteng

Workflow automation and practical AI support in Gauteng.

Connect the handovers between your office, workshop, sites and management team. Aitsa helps Gauteng businesses improve recurring workflows and build useful AI skills.

Start a conversation

Start where a handover loses its next action.

For a team working across more than one site, the challenge may be getting the right information back to the office. A completed job can still be waiting for a signed record, a purchase-order reference or someone to approve an invoice.

An illustrative starting workflow is job completion to invoicing: collect the required evidence, flag missing fields, route exceptions to a named person and show finance what is ready. The actual build depends on your systems and agreed approval rules. This is an example, not a claimed client result.

Make operational records usable.

For contractors and operational businesses, we can scope document-expiry follow-ups, supplier information, internal approvals and recurring management reporting. Your team remains responsible for technical decisions, authorisations and compliance requirements.

Start with one process and a measurable baseline: how often work is repeated, what becomes late, how exceptions are found and who spends time resolving them. Automation should make a defined improvement that you can test.

Document workflow automation

Bring the right people into the discussion.

A useful first conversation normally includes the person who owns the process and someone who understands the systems. For a proposed workshop, tell us the team size, roles, approved AI tools and examples of everyday work.

For Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand and other Gauteng teams, we agree remote or site-based arrangements around the work, availability and access. These are service areas, not separate Aitsa branches.

Choose implementation, training or a roadmap.

If the problem is repeated admin, start with the workflow. If the obstacle is confidence or judgement when using AI, a tailored leadership or employee session may fit better. If there are competing ideas but no clear priority, consider a corporate roadmap.

Each service has its own agreed outputs and price. Training or a roadmap does not require buying an implementation project.

Agree how the work will happen.

Start by telling us where your team works, which people need to participate and which systems hold the information. Remote sessions can suit discovery, screen sharing, training and follow-up; any visit, workshop venue, travel and site-access requirements are agreed for the engagement.

A service-area page describes where we can discuss work. It does not mean Aitsa has an office in every named city. Before promising a date or result, we confirm scope, availability, responsibilities and access.

Ask your own question
What does the first conversation cost?

The initial discovery conversation is free. We use it to understand the problem and assess fit. Detailed investigation, mapping, training, roadmaps and implementation need a separately agreed scope and fee.

How do you price implementation?

We agree a fixed project fee upfront for a defined scope, with a 50% deposit on acceptance. Completion, remaining payment, handover and initial support are defined in the proposal. Software, hosting and AI usage costs are separate.

Can you work with our existing systems?

We first check access, available integrations, data quality and the controls your team needs. We can then propose a connection, a controlled export/import process or a simpler workflow change. Compatibility is confirmed during scoping.
