If a build is justified, the Automation Sprint starts from R 12 500 with a 50% deposit and the balance on implementation. That price includes controls, testing, handover, documentation, and ownership transfer, so the scope is fixed before you commit.
- What is the difference between AI consulting and implementation?
- Consulting decides what to fix and whether AI is even the right answer; implementation is the build that follows once a workflow is mapped and a proposal is accepted. The advisory work produces ranked opportunities, a business case, and a roadmap. The Automation Sprint then delivers the agreed scope with controls, testing, and handover, so you never pay to build something the diagnosis did not justify.
- Do you ever recommend against using AI?
