PRICING · VALUE-LED · ZAR

Pay for the value, not the noise.

We diagnose first, scope tightly, and price against the value of the workflow being improved. The first few clients are about experience, proof, and case studies, but the operating model is built for premium ROI-linked work.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT PRICE

The price should make sense against the workflow.

A small admin workflow and a revenue-critical operational workflow should not be priced the same way. We start with the value at stake, the confidence of the process, the cost of failure, and the amount of control needed. That is how Aitsa moves away from commodity implementation work and toward a premium partnership model.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Price, scope, ownership, straight.

Why start with an AI Process Audit?
Because the expensive mistake is building before the workflow is understood. The audit maps the current process, the pain, the value, the risk, and the first sensible scope. If the answer is not AI, we say so.
Is the audit always free?
Early client audits are free while we build case studies and refine the framework. As demand grows, some audits may become paid diagnostic sessions, but the scope and price will be clear before booking.
How is an automation sprint priced?
A sprint is fixed-scope and quoted after the free audit, once we both understand the workflow, outcome, and controls. You see the price before any work starts, structured as a 50% deposit and the balance on implementation.
When do you recommend a retainer?
Only after the client has accepted ownership and had time to see the benefit. We normally revisit managed optimisation 14 to 30 days after handover, when there is real usage to review.
Do you charge hourly?
Possibly for very small early work, but it is not the long-term model. Aitsa is being built around value, ROI, and operational outcomes, not selling hours for the sake of hours.
What costs are not included?
Third-party software, hosting, messaging, API, and infrastructure costs are quoted separately where relevant. We keep those costs transparent and do not make the tool the centre of the engagement.
What about VAT?
All pricing on this site is in ZAR and excludes VAT unless stated otherwise.
Do you guarantee savings?
We do not promise generic percentages before discovery. We define the expected value with the client, agree what success means, measure what changed, and adjust the workflow if the evidence says we should.
