We start with what your team already uses. Access, integration options and limitations are assessed before we agree what to build.
Does every project need AI?
No. Clear rules and connected systems may be enough. AI can help with tasks such as extracting information from documents when its accuracy can be evaluated and the necessary review is built in.
How is the work priced?
The initial conversation is free. Corporate training and roadmaps are separately quoted, with their scope, fee and payment terms in the proposal. Implementation uses a fixed upfront quote for an agreed scope, with client-paid platform and usage costs identified separately.
Can we buy training or a roadmap without implementation?
Yes. Leadership AI training, employee workshops and corporate AI roadmaps are paid services that can each be bought on their own. You can use the outputs internally or with another provider. Any Aitsa implementation is optional and separately scoped.
Does an implemented system need an ongoing retainer?
No. For an Aitsa implementation, you own your data and retain use of the delivered system without a retainer, with third-party subscriptions still payable. The implementation proposal sets out account, hosting and use arrangements. Ongoing system support and improvement is optional.
