WHAT IT CANNOT DO
A guide, not the final word.
The Snapshot is built from a few answers, so it has limits, and we would rather be upfront about them. It cannot replace a live workflow mapping where we walk through the real process with you, see the detail, and pressure-test the assumptions.
- It cannot map every step, hand-off, system, and exception in a real workflow.
- It cannot give a firm go or no-go on a complex or high-risk process. Those still need the audit.
- It cannot scope or price a build. That comes after a workflow has been mapped and agreed.
WHEN TO GO DEEPER
When the next step is an audit.
If the Snapshot points to a workflow worth fixing, or if the process is too detailed, too connected, or too high-risk to judge from a few answers, the honest next step is an audit. In a one-hour session we map the real workflow with you, find where value is leaking, and give a clear go or no-go.
PRIVACY AND DATA
Keep it high-level.
Please answer at a high level. You do not need to share sensitive personal information or customer data to get a useful report, so please leave those out of the form. A short, plain description of the workflow is enough for a meaningful first-pass view.

How long does the Snapshot take?
A few minutes. It is a short set of questions about one workflow you already know well, so there is nothing to prepare and no research to do first. You answer in plain language and we do the thinking on the report side.
Is it really free?
Yes. The AI Process Snapshot is free. It exists to give hesitant visitors a useful first-pass view before deciding whether a deeper audit is worth their time. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
What will I get back?
A practical first-pass report on one workflow: where automation may help, where AI might genuinely be useful, what to be careful of, and a sensible suggested next step. It is written in business language, not technical jargon, and it is honest about where the answer is not yet clear.
Is the Snapshot the same as the audit?
No. The Snapshot is a quick guide based on a few answers. The AI Process Audit is a live, one-hour session where we map the real workflow with you, look at the detail, and give an honest go or no-go. Complex or higher-risk workflows still need the audit before any build.
How is my data handled?
